We Have been proud clients of Pool Environments for over 12 years now. They have consistently satisfied my higher than normal expectations and continue to impress me with their level of service and attention to detail. We have built 2 pools with PE at the helm. Throughout every part of the process the various team members have been knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and kind. My pool is always 100% clear and clean from my weekly cleanings, and the fact that their cleaning techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and well trained – is another win for Pool Environments in my book. One thing that really stood out to us was that never once did anyone at PE try to “upsell” us on this or that. Sure, they will tell you which is better in their own opinion, but if you were to tell them “I just want a pool, 12×36, simple and easy to manage” their response would be “Great, where would you like it.” Their continual level of service, in regard to my pool maintenance, is 5 stars. There are times that I barely notice something may be off, or about to be going sideways and their technician already knows about it, I have an email from the office specifying what they found, and the steps they are taking to fix the issue! In all honesty 9 out of 10 times the issue is diagnosed, and fixed before I even notice I have an email, or voicemail from the office! All-in-all, Pool Environments is a STELLAR company. A very well-oiled machine, that has a very dedicated team of individuals who care about this company and all of their clients. They treat people with kindness, and are true to their word. In my world, that is the most important thing to me when finding companies to work with!
